Shipping and Delivery Policy

Showplain is online software (a web app) provided by Arjun On Demand (AODX), Hyderabad, Telangana, India. There are no physical products, so nothing is shipped and no shipping fees are charged.

How the service is delivered

• Free plan and trial: available immediately after you create an account on this website.
• Pro subscription and Founding 500: Pro features are switched on in your account automatically, usually within a minute of a successful payment. You will see your new plan on the Billing page, and Razorpay sends a payment receipt to your email.
• You use Showplain in a web browser (Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a computer). There is nothing to download or install.
• Showplain is available to customers worldwide wherever the website can be reached.

If Pro is not switched on

If your payment succeeded but your account still shows the Free plan after 30 minutes, log out and log in again. If it still has not changed, email hello@aodx.in with your account email and the payment ID from your Razorpay receipt. We will switch Pro on, or refund the payment in full, within 2 to 5 business days.
