What happens when my free trial ends?
You move to the Free plan automatically. Nothing is charged, because we never ask for a card during the trial. Your videos stay. Recordings over 15 minutes keep playing, and chapters and branding come back as soon as you upgrade.
What happens to free videos after 90 days?
The share link stops working, but the video is kept in your library. Upgrade to Pro and every old link works again.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from the Billing page. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free. Details are in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Which currency do I pay in?
US dollars in most countries, and Indian rupees in India. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
Do my viewers need to pay or sign up?
No. Anyone with your link can watch, read the notes and jump between chapters for free.
